# Where can I find AWF?

# Where are my old runs?
AWF has been deployed as a fresh new deployment and as such does not contain your old workflow runs.
# Where can I find my old workflow results?
If you had data on the previous AWF deployment you will have received a email with a questionnaire on what to do with your data. If you unfortunately you've ignored that email please reach out to the AWF team asap as you data may still be available.
🙌 WARNING
We will be cleaning up the old environment soon (likely first week of Jan). If you haven't filled out the email form the default action is to delete.
# 😓 Workflow run issues
# Workflow/Runs page loads endlessly
Your user login token has likely failed to refresh, logout and (re)login
# My workflow is always failing with an error stating failed downloading model from ****
Your workflow likely is still pointing to a model that is on GitLab and is no longer reachable. Please update the workflow model url (or request the workflow owner to do so if you do not have access)
# My workflow is not selectable/grayed out
If the workflow you are trying to run looks like this:
There is currently no worker online capable of running your workflow. It is likely the owner of the worker has not updated his worker to connect to the new AWF environment. Please contact the worker owner, (if you do not know who this is contact the AWF team)
# 😐 Worker issues
# My worker can't connect to AWF?
In order to connect your worker to the new AWF environment you will need to re-register and re-configure your worker with new url's and api-key. Check out the worker setup page
# My worker fails to download models from GitHub
Due to the arup-group GitHub being hidden and access token needs to be added to the worker config in order to authenticate with GitHub. See how to configure worker for more details
# 😣 3rd party Integrations
# My Jobs are submitting but i'm not seeing them on AWF
You haven't updated your 3rd party integration to reference the new environment. Follow the steps here to update your setup
